Luciana Couto made the courageous decision to leave everyone she knew behind in her home of Brazil. Determined to create a better life, Luciana did whatever it took to make it in Toronto – including a third degree at University, learning a new language, culture and fighting off assimilating as she developed new friendships. Plus the toll it took other mind and body, different foods, climate, traditions, all the basics we may ignore when making big changes.

It was that new community that fueled Luciana’s authenticity and brought her back to her love of health and nutrition, ultimately getting certified as a health coach, yoga instructor, personal trainer and starting her own business, Luciana Wellness, with a thriving YouTube following.
